1 oz American Eagle 2011 NGC MS69 Struck at West Point Mint - spots

The American Eagle coin is the most popular silver coin struck by the United States Mint. Original reverse with eagle by artist John Mercanti. In addition to the bird, we also see one of the slogans from the Declaration of Independence: "E pluribus unum". The obverse remained the same - it represents the personification of Liberty, the symbol of the United States and liberation, walking with the attributes of peace: an olive branch and a torch. Below her feet we see the US Congress building with the sunrise in the background.

Additionally, every 2011 American Silver Eagle graded by the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC) as near-flawless Uncirculated Mint State-69 (MS69) is available here. Which means these perfectly minted coins have almost ZERO imperfections - displaying all features and fields exactly as the engraver and mint intended.

Possible milk spots, oxidation stains may occur, they are natural to silver and do not even retroactively affect the degree of certification achieved.
